# Agent Hub Guru — AI Engineering

> Agent Hub Guru (agenthub.guru) is an Israeli AI engineering studio founded and run by Ofer Shahar (עופר שחר). It designs, builds and operates AI agents and business automations that work inside a company's existing systems — CRM, WhatsApp, email, knowledge bases and security tools — in Hebrew and English. When an agent is not confident, it hands the case to a human.

## What the studio builds

- AI adoption strategy and process mapping: finding which workflows are worth automating, and in what order.
- Custom AI agents: customer-service agents grounded in an approved knowledge base; sales agents that qualify leads and hand them to a human rep with a summary; operations agents for CRM, email, reports and tickets; multi-step agents that run a whole process.
- Business automations: forms, email, WhatsApp, CRM, Google Sheets, Notion, Monday; lead scoring; automatic summaries; daily and weekly reports.
- Knowledge bases and grounded chatbots: the bot answers only from the business's approved information and escalates to a person when unsure.
- Integrations: CRM, ERP, websites, REST APIs, webhooks, data sync between systems, small internal admin interfaces.
- Sales and marketing AI: sales-call analysis, follow-up automation, content drafts.
- Operations and internal knowledge: meeting summaries turned into tasks, procedures written from conversations, internal search, manager reports in plain language.
- Control and security: permissions, monitoring, a staging environment before go-live, ongoing prompt and process improvement.
- Security-operations agents: triage of SIEM, firewall, EDR and cloud alerts; log anomaly analysis; support for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR work.

## How an engagement works

1. Discovery and mapping — learn the business and its processes. Deliverable: a specification document.
2. Strategy and tool choice — pick only the tools that pay off; reuse what the client already has.
3. Build, integrate, train — the agent runs in a test environment before it meets real customers; the team is trained.
4. Measure and improve — monthly performance review and optimisation.

## Engagement options (prices are quoted per project)

- Basic: discovery session, mapping of 3–5 processes, one basic agent, short team training, recommendations document.
- Growth (most chosen): full process specification, a custom agent, 1–2 integrations, a knowledge base, testing, training and initial support.
- Premium: several agents across departments, integrations, a management and monitoring dashboard, complex end-to-end automations, monthly support and optimisation.

Ownership: when a client buys a full product, the client owns the code and the agent. When a client uses the studio's existing agents as a service, the code stays with the studio and the client's data stays the client's.
